El desarrollo de la reacción en los niños que participan en el fútbol teniendo en cuenta el sistema nervioso.

Resumen

En este estudio, investigamos el efecto de las peculiaridades tipológicas de las manifestaciones de las propiedades del sistema nervioso de los jóvenes futbolistas en la capacidad de reaccionar rápidamente. 32 jóvenes futbolistas de 10-11 años participaron del experimento pedagógico. 16 atletas participaron en una metodología experimental que se basa en usar el mismo ejercicio y métodos para desarrollar la capacidad de reaccionar rápidamente, pero diferentes componentes de la carga, para jugadores con un sistema nervioso fuerte (8 personas), la carga fue intensa, pero para jugadores con un sistema nervioso débil (8 personas) - carga volumétrica. Los otros 16 futbolistas formaron el grupo de control. Durante 8 meses del experimento hubo un aumento significativo en la capacidad de reaccionar rápidamente de los jugadores de fútbol de 10 a 11 años en el grupo experimental, en el que participó un método especial. El indicador de futbolistas con sistema nervioso fuerte ha mejorado de 251,4 ± 4,6 cm a 231,4 ± 5,9 cm (P<0,05), y los futbolistas con sistema nervioso débil de 252,9 ± 4,2 cm a 234,3 ± 8,1 cm (P<0,05) . En el grupo control también ocurrieron los cambios positivos, pero no significativos (p> 0,05). El estudio demostró la eficacia del uso de las propiedades tipológicas del sistema nervioso como método diferenciado para desarrollar la capacidad de reacción rápida de los jóvenes futbolistas. Este enfoque permite mejorar la calidad del proceso de formación de los jóvenes deportistas.
