Resumen

La difusión de los métodos científicos siempre ha sido un gran dilema en la investigación aplicada. La información tiende a ser resumida, ya que existe el consenso de que un mismo sector de la comunidad científica comparte el mismo saber hacer. Sin embargo, es normal que los investigadores en la fase inicial de contacto con procedimientos metodológicos tan diversos en el área de la Bioquímica del Ejercicio puedan tener dificultades para comprender y realizar determinados análisis. El objetivo de este trabajo es presentar argumentos teóricos sobre la importancia del estrés oxidativo en el desencadenamiento de la fase de sobrealcance (estrés metabólico) en el fútbol, ​​así como describir en detalle los pasos para analizar importantes biomarcadores de esta categoría de estrés.
