Perfil de fuerza máxima de jóvenes deportistas de fútbol

Resumen

La fuerza máxima tiene una contribución importante en el rendimiento de los deportistas de fútbol, ​​ya que ayuda a aumentar la velocidad lineal y de cambio de dirección, en la potencia muscular, además de minimizar el riesgo de lesiones musculoesqueléticas. Este estudio tiene como objetivo describir el perfil de fuerza máxima de los (jóvenes) deportistas de fútbol. Con una muestra compuesta por 39 futbolistas varones con edades comprendidas entre 18 y 22 años (masa corporal en kg 72,28 ±8,54; altura en cm 176,46 ±7,57), se midieron los valores de 1RM en los ejercicios de press de banca recto, sentadilla y peso muerto, y presentado categorizado por posiciones de campo.También se calculó el coeficiente de fuerza relativa de los atletas (1RM/masa corporal).Los porteros fueron los atletas más altos y pesados ​​(186.9 ±5,59 cm; 82.14 ±5.79 Kg), y con valores más altos de 1RM en peso muerto (135,68 ±19,41 Kg), pero en los ejercicios de press de banca y sentadillas, los defensores fueron los más fuertes (73,24 ±10,7 kg y 111,48 ±9,97 kg, respectivamente) de la fuerza máxima.
