The forms of relationship and communication between football clubs and its twists: from massified printed media to electronic media and the clubistic social networks
Abstract
Permanent communication, based on contributing to the relationship between the club and its fans, is an important element in the football world. Based on the evolution of the traditional mass print media towards electronic media and social networks, the objective of this article was to present the forms that give the social expression of Grêmio and Internacional through social networks, based on the presentation and analysis of the profile of the clubs on Facebook, seeking, in the sequence, to draw a relation between the forms that both use the electronic tool. Secondary sources of data were searched through bibliographic research, which are characterized by media, according to a survey conducted in June 2016. It was noted that there are similarities in the forms of relationship between the clubs and their fans in the social network, while differences could also be noted.
