The exercise of jump hope as a force training form for goalkeepers
Abstract
The present study aimed to evaluate strength gains from rope training in 12 to 15 year old goalkeepers of the base category of a soccer club in the city of Curitiba. The work was carried out as a form of heating throughout the period of analysis. For the evaluation and data collection, horizontal and vertical impulse test was used at the beginning, middle and end of the evaluation period. In terms of results, the difference of gains between the first and last test was evaluated. Inferential statistics were used, with Test t for dependent samples, with an alpha significance level of 5%. At the end, it is concluded that the rope training from the proposed protocol improves the power levels in the lower limbs significantly, as demonstrated by the gains obtained during the entire study period.
