Abstract

Objective: To examine the FIFA 11+ exercise adapted to the variables of physical exercise, to understand if this program is suitable for amateur soccer players, aiming to improve the subsequent performance. Materials and methods: The game sample was made by 21 soccer players (age 12 ± 0 years) from a club in the state of Rio de Janeiro - Brazil, often training twice a week and training in the club for at least, 12 months. In this 11th place, two groups participated: FIFA 11+ uniform group (FA, n = 21) and standard support group (AP, n = 21). Each is being performed after the two types of heating on alternate days. For the data collection, after the warmup, the indicators were analyzed for sprint power, sprint of 20 and 30 meters and agility. Results: Comparing performance in 20- and 30-meter sprints and agility tests, we can see the performance of the players at the standard moment (p=0.00233, p=0.00214, p=0.04718, respectively). Comparing the results of sprint power, there were no lengthy administrative statistics differences. Conclusion: The research was based on the two models of heating, and it was concluded that the program was improved.
