The woman in court: contemporary evidence of initial contact with futsal
Abstract
The article tries from a concrete study, the occurrence of good possibilities of the presence of the woman in the sporting ambience of the futsal, what the experience evidence is the mentality change that there are sports for men and others for women, perhaps this is the paradigm change. In fact, women are increasingly involved in bodily practices, once restricted to the masculine universe, in addition to being highlighted in the results. Women's sport, focusing on futsal, has little visibility in the media and between spectators and viewers. So how are girls "hooked" to get interested in futsal? This study aimed to highlight the beginning of the relationship between women and playing (futsal mode). The text is a synthesis resulting from a case study, the sample was composed by the professional responsible for the sports education of futsal and its group of 12 students, aged between 15 and 17 years. Data were seized from demographic issues; interview with a dynamic script of questions directed to the students and to the trainer and field observation. The data were analyzed and discussed in thematic categories and through them it was possible to conclude that female sportive initiation usually takes place in informal spaces and evolves into formal education late, their experience in the modality is stimulated by family and friends and the participation of these girls in competitions takes place at an opportune moment.
