Identification and control of emotions and reactions in soccer sporting environments to improve performance
Abstract
The main objective of this study is to propose the identification and control of emotions and reactions in soccer sporting environments. This identification allows to know the patterns of emotional response of the athletes and, therefore, it is possible to develop specific coping strategies, both individually and in groups. The practice of new types of coping and, consequently, the obtaining of new results, makes the athlete acquires conditions of managing their emotions. This way, they will might perform their tasks independently of the circumstances of the game, of competitions, personal life and other factors that may interfere in the performance.
