The influence of special explosive plyometric strength training for lower limbs in heels and speed
Abstract
The futsal, sport very practiced at schools in Brazil and that is used explosive force of inferior members and your apprentices' speed. In order to get your athletes' better revenue, teachers and futsal trainers, they can create quite efficient training methods for modality it is determined, that focus the explosive force of inferior members and the speed, by virtue of that this study has as objective verifies her it influences of the training of explosive special force of inferior members, in jumps and speed, that are always presents in futsal games. To accomplish the study twenty students of the masculine sex of the Colégio Marista of Ribeirão Preto were used with medium age of 16 ± 1 year, that they train futsal twice in the week. The twenty individuals were submitted to the tests of Race of 50 Meters, Sargen't Jump Test and the one of Longitudinal Jump; after the evaluations the students were subdivided in two groups of ten students each, being the groups A and B. THE group A was submitted to eight weeks of training with plyometric, the group B didn't have any type of physical training. After this training period the groups A and B were revalued. The results presented by the group A and group B, the Group A, obtained a significant improvement in relation to the values obtained before the training and on the group B, that didn't accomplish any type of physical training, and the group B, without doing physical training some, also obtained improvement in your powder-test, but the group A had superior revenue to the group B in the powder-test.
