Structure and organization of technical and tactical training sessions futsal teams of sub-13 and sub-15 along the sorts season
Abstract
The aim of this descriptive exploratory studyw as to characterize structure the technical and tactical training sessions futsal teams ofsub-13 and sub-15 sports through out the season.The study included 34 futsal players of Santa Catarina, belonging to two teams of the U-13 and U-15 respectively and four coaches of the teams involved. Were observed in total, 96 training sessions, in preparatory period 48 sessions and 48 sessions in the competitive period. To identify the existence of significant differences between periods, we employed the paired t test. Data were analyzed using SPSS for Windows, version 17.0, with a significance level of 5%. The results showed that there are differences in time spent: technical training (p =0.001) was conducted over the preparatory period and tactical training (p =0.001) in the competitive period. While improvement activities of one technical element showed greater emphasis on preparatory period (p =0.001), preset strategy movements (p <0.001) and game conditioning (p <0.001) showed higher values of time spentin the competitive period. It can be concluded that the preparation of the teams investigated the means of technical and tactical training play arole, regard less of the period of planning the sports season. All coaches favored the technical and tactical actions, differing onlyin their approach, either through recreational play, formal, conditioning or functional structures.
