Improved performance basketball dribble foundation in adolescents between 12 and 13 years old at the social project pass magic
Abstract
Improve basketball dribbling performance of adolescents between 12 and 13 years old magic pass project. Materials and methods: the material used agility ladder Current brand, cones/Hula hoops brand novel ref. 500, measuring tape brand filizola, trena brand Giant 5 m, scales of techline brand, both large and small balls of the penalty mark, and the methods were: all lessons began with exercises for core stabilization, strengthening of the lower limbs and specific exercises for the technique the dribble totaling a total of 10 exercises that took on average 35 minutes to be carried out. Discussion: based on relevant literature was applied two exercises for core stabilization, the front Board and elevation of hip and squats that allowed a more active role in the muscles of the quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes and calves producing power to the lower extremities, moreover, other 7 exercises with an emphasis on dribbling technique collaborated to enhance the capacities of students coordinative purposes. Conclusion: this study showed that there have been great developments in the group, because when we compare the data obtained with the exercises for the stabilization of the core musculature, with data from the exercise to strengthen the lower limbs and with data from specific exercises to improve dribbling technique, we can conclude that objective was reached because in addition to the improved performance of the Foundation the dribble the group became faster, more agile and more abdominal strength.
