Among children, practice starts so early and in Brazil, futsal schools are largely responsible for the sport initiation of our children, however, most of them do not have an organized methodology. Regarding the teaching-learning of futsal, both in initiation and in high yield, it is clear that a variety of methodological processes are adopted by coaches and instructors of this modality. The study included 12 instructors futsal, which teach classes in schools futsal in the city of Curitiba. For data collection we used a specific form, previously prepared and composed of open questions guided by a list of questions, which allowed a flexible organization and expansion of the questions as the information was being provided by the interviewee. Drawing a correlation between the interview and observation practice, we observed that the coaches have been consistent since his actions during training resembled to manage them declared. Comparing the data collected with what the literature recommends, it was found that the surveyed schools, the teaching of futsal is based on the latest theories about the sport initiation in futsal, demonstrating good quality of coaches and coordinators.
