Effect of periodization in from of selective load on four physical abilities evaluated in main futsal team of Associação Atlética Banco do Brasil
Abstract
Objective: The objective of the research is to demonstrate that using the model of selective charges, and can enhance physical fitness gained through out the annual training cycle. Materials and Methods: participants were 17 players in the main category futsal team athletic association's bank in Brazil, with an average age of 26 years and a standard deviation of 3.6, mean body mass of 76 kg and a standard deviation of 2.8 and average height of 175 cm and a standard deviation of 0.7 males, where they underwent a periodization training based on selective charges. For the data collection applied monthly specific tests for each physical capacity. Results: The data obtained in the study show that after the holiday period using the model of selective charges have increased the values of all physical fitness followed by maintenance of the status achieved by the end of the season without any significant drop in athlete's performance. Discussion: According to Gomes 2009, the collective mode is not necessary to invest in acquiring maximum physical capacity but only invest in a submaximal. With these results, it is clear that there has been improvement in physical capacity followed by maintenance of fitness gained. Conclusion: It is concluded that using the model of selective charges so you can improve all submaximal physical fitness.
