Risk factors related to health in football players of the category Várzea Master of Porto Alegre
Abstract
From 2012, has joined the football league hall of Porto Alegre Várzea the masters category (players above 48 years). This age group requires special care to health are intensified, as the body becomes more susceptible to illness and injury. This article aims to determine if players operating in master category of that championship are subject to some risk factor related to health when the dispute of that contest. Was applied Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire -PAR-Q. In 12 players of the competition. The results show that 83,3% of the players who responded to be questionnaire have some risk factor related to healthand thus require medical evaluation prior.
