The football players formation a study in under 15 category of the Cruzeiro Sport Club, Belo Horizonte-MG
Abstract
Introduction: The work was conducted as primary focus on football basic category. Objective: Analyze the reality and structure of the category under 15 Cruzeiro Esporte Clube, check the club schedules and investment in the category, as well as noting the difficulties that the athletes have. The research was conducted with the basic categories of Cruzeiro Esporte Clube. Materials and Methods: For data collection were applied questionnaires with closed questions to the players, and a questionnaire with open and closed questions to a member of the Technical Committee. Results: They point to an increasing encouragement in the relation of athletes training in basic categories, showing that athletes can increasingly professionalize early. Discussion: Young athletes are selected on criteria and they are given all the assistance necessary for the full development of their potential and, despite the difficulties encountered the athletes chase their goals and try to overcome any obstacle.Conclusion: In conclusion, it was shown that the Cruise Sport Club provides to athletes of the basic categories, an excellent structure and the boys have the same monitoring offeredto professional athletes, so we can follow the growth and success of several athletes from the basic categories.
