Origin of football in England in Brazil
Abstract
This article refers to the origins of football, historically demonstrating its practice by society in its birthplace in England and later on in Brazil. Historical and official contextualization is searched in industrial revolution age, and itsuse as axiom tool of capitalism values. The text also approaches the spread of the sport in Brazil, as well the context of the elitis beginer, until its cultural merge by the masses, wich now compose an important element of the differential identity of the brazilian people.
