The choice of the futsal training methodology as a fundamental tool in the athete formation and the sctructuring of the game as a whole
Abstract
This paper seeks to reveal the differences between two ways of futsal training methodologies that were applied to 12-13 year old students from a Private School (Externato Santa Ignez) in Nova Friburgo, RJ. In both training methodologies, either the traditional technicist or the situational systemic, satisfacion, interest and intensity of effort from the athletes were taken into account so as to evaluate the profficiency of the two training methodologies. Acting like this, a better understanding of the game would provide , not only, a deeper insight in the performance and in the comprehension of the futsal players, but it would also help them to build up more strategic movings and cleverer tactics.
