Abstract

Specific resistance is a variable strongly related to high intensity intermittent sport (DIAI). The present practical application study was directed at the control and evaluation of the specific resistance in athletes of the women's indoor Fútbol de salón promoter club (AMF) Recti Diesel de Nariño de San Juan de Pasto. The methodology of the study was framed on a postivist paradigm, with a quantitative approach, a non-experimental cross-sectional design, with a descriptive approach for the analysis of the information. In the same way, the specific objectives outlined in the study corresponded to: Characterize from sociodemographic, anthropometric, and physiological variables the athletes of the Recti Diesel women's indoor Fútbol de salón promoter club (AMF). Control and evaluate the specific resistance and compare the levels of physical condition of the athletes of the women's Fútbol de salón promoter club with the investigative evidence. A sample of (n=19) athletes from the Recti Diésel de Nariño women's indoor Fútbol de salón promoter club (AMF) was studied (3 goalkeepers (15.8%), 6 goalkeepers (31.6%), 7 forwards (36,8%) and 3 centers (15.8%). The techniques and instruments used for collecting information correspond to: informed consent, survey, questionnaire (C-AAF) and Test I - I of intermittent resistance level 1 (YYIR1), for the control and evaluation of the specific resistance in reference to the variables (distance , Speed level, speed (kms/h), number of series/intervals and maximum oxygen consumption - VO2 Max (mm/kg/min) The Shapiro-Wilk test was performed to assess normality, given the sample size (n < 30) leading to univariate and bivariate descriptive statistical analyses. The results found indicate that the mean age (±SD) was 21.53 ± 3.6217 years; mean height 157.53 ± 0.06168 cm; body weight 59.84 kg ± 4,400 kg; body mass index (BMI) of 24.1316 ±1.70328 kg/m2; fat percentage 22.47 ± 2.144 (%). Regarding the control and evaluation of the level 1 intermittent resistance Yo-Yo (YYIR1), the mean distance (±SD) was 757.89 ± 249.968 m; speed level 14.47 ± .841; speed 14.711 ± .4189 (km/h); number of series/intervals 4.00 ± 2.211; maximum oxygen consumption - VO2 Max 42.7653 ± 2.09996 (mm/kg/min). Regarding the bivariate analysis between the game position and distance classification (m) Yo-Yo intermittent resistance test level 1 (YYIR1), it was found that 6 athletes equivalent to 31.6% are classified as elite, of which 3 are closures, 2 forwards and 1 pivot. It should be noted that, of the 3 goalkeepers, 1 corresponding to 33.3% is classified as medium, while the remaining 2, equivalent to 66.7%, are classified as good. While between the game position and maximum oxygen consumption classification - VO2 Máx (mm/kg/min), 16 athletes with equivalent to 84.2% were classified as superior, with greater representation in the forward position with 7 players.
