The influence of the training of force in evaluation anthropometrical in football players of the youthful category
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the body composition pre and post-training athletes of soccer, sub category - 20, male with a mean age of 18.27 ± 0.21 years (17-20 years), presenting average height of 175 ± 0.24 cm and weight of 71.19 ± 24.05 kg, with n = 13 individuals. To investigate the full force of individuals, tests were used Bompa (2004) of up to 10 RM, and the body composition of skin folds of the Faulkner Protocol of 4 skinfolds, and they tricpital (TR), subscapular (SB) above iliac (SI) and abdominal (AB) and perimeters of arm and thigh, as measured by tape measure in centimeters and accuracy of 1 mm. The athletes were subjected to a training force of 12 consecutive weeks of 4 sections with 5 weekly exercises for upper limbs and the same number for lower limbs, performing in the first week seventy-five percent of 1 RM, in the second week eighty per cent, in the third week eighty-five per cent and the fourth week Seventy per cent. This training is repeated in the next eight weeks, with three sets of eight to twelve repetitions, with an interval between series of a half minutes. The results, being the fat percentage of 10.68 ± 0.74%, thigh perimeter of 56.22 ± 2.91 cm and arm perimeter of 28.81 ± 1.20 cm, showed that the athletes did not change the percentage of fat (p ≥ 0.05) but had significant increases in the arm and thigh girth (p ≤ 0.05).
